I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
I CHOSE TO COLLECT MY ORDER, WHEN AND WHERE DO I COLLECT?
Please allow 2 business days for us to prepare your order. We will notify you when you can collect your order from our coffee shop. The collection address is:
Shop 1, Tweefontein Winkels, Old Delmas Road, Bapsfontein, 0531 (we can also be found via Google).
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Products take about 3 to 6 business days to be delivered by courier, depending on which shipping option you choose.
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped with a link to track your order whenever you want.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
No, our products are in South Africa and can be shipped to anywhere in South Africa.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at email@example.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER
If there is any issue the products that you ordered, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
