Apple cider vinegar, made from fermented apple juice and used in vinegraittes, marinades, salad dressings, food preservatives and chutneys.
The fun starts by crushing apples and squeezing out the juice. The alcoholic fermentation process which converts the sugars into alcohol is started by adding bacteria & yeast.
The alcohol is then converted into vinegar by acetic acid-forming bacteria.
